Rules and Regulation for Students

- No books (other than text books or library books), magazines or papers should be brought to the school.
- Students are expected to save-guard the school property. No student should damage any furniture, write or draw anything on the walls, doors, windows, desks and almirahs or in any way damage things belonging to school and others. Any school property damaged even by accident should be reported at once to the class teacher or to the Vice Principal or the Principal.
- Students should greet their teachers when they meet them every time. Bullying and use of foul language are punishable offences. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conducts and characters besides their academic performances etc.
- Use of profane words, insulting any language, tradition, religion, culture etc. and showing immoral behavior are considered as serious offences.
- Students are advised to keep their classrooms, school buildings and campus as clean as possible, and they should have possessed the habit to throw the leftovers into the dustbins.
- Junk foods (packages of chips, kurkure, mimi and others) are not allowed inside the school campus. To have good health is important for all concerned.
- Using or bringing intoxicant items in school premises is strictly banned.
- Smoking, Drinking and using Drugs are strictly prohibited. The four principles maintained by the ISKCON devotees are the exemplary life styles in any body's existence in this world.
- No one is permitted to subject any other student to any kind of ill treatment, either physical or mental.
- Any student involved in any immoral act is liable to be expelled from the school without warning.
- The school does not permit the celebration of birthdays or festivals inside the school campus. Exchange of gifts is not allowed.
- Students are expected to behave well and use decent language in public and represent the school with pride. Their modesty, freedom from bad habits of any kind shall be appreciated and such behavior of the students are the pride of the school.
- With a view to controlling the increase in the absentees' percentage of failure in the examination(s) of the students, it is hereby informed to all the students that a new penalty system will be followed. A. Rs. 1000 will be fined for 35% to 55% attendance. B. Rs.500 will be fined from 55% to 75% attendance. C. Students of class X and XII who fail in the pre-final exams should pay Rs. 200/- per subject & Rs. 400/- per subject for the absentees. D. Those students who fail to pay the fines are liable not to sit in the final examination.
- There is a monetary fine of Rs. 500/- for bringing mobile phones and vehicles to the school and it will be forfeited in the case of mobile phones.
The amount of fines collected will be used for awarding meritorious students or it will be used towards contributing for the welfare of the school.
- Disciplinary action may be taken against those late comers and parents will be called to explain as to why their children/wards are allowed to be the repeatedly late comers.
- A student may be expelled from the school for any of the following reasons: i) Failing twice in the class. ii) Non-payment of school fees.
- Students should not use costly watches, gold ring, gold chains/necklaces, expensive fountain pens, etc. The school will not be responsible for the loss of such articles, if used against the rules.
- Students who are unauthorisedly absent from the school shall be considered as serious misconduct.
- No students should leave the school campus without the permission of the Principal.
- Students may be granted leave for absence from the school on special request from the parent/guardian, but granting of such leave is absolutely at the discretion of the Principal. Normally admissible leave permitted to the students shall be limited to maximum of three days only.

Boys:
White School Shirt, Navy Blue Trouser, School Tie, School Belt, White Shocks and Black Laced Shoes.
Girls:White School Shirt, Navy Blue Salwar and White Kameez and Dupata, Navy Blue Phanek, White Shirt, School Tie, Red Ribbon, White Shocks and Black Buckle Shoes.
Wednesday:House T-Shirts for Both Boys and Girls (Blue, Green, Yellow, Red)
Friday Boys:White Shirt, White Trouser, School Tie, School Belt, White Socks and White Laced Shoes.
Friday Girls:White Shirts, Pink Phanek, School Tie with Badge, White Shocks with White Laced Shoes White Salwar and White Kameez.
